Party Walnut Broccoli

  1. Cook broccoli according to package directions until just barely tender; drain well and place in an oiled 2-quart casserole.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of the margarine in a saucepan.
  3. Stir in the flour; cook briefly, then add milk.
  4. Add the chicken broth and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Melt the remaining 4 tablespoons margarine in 2/3 cup water.
  7. Mix with the herb dressing and walnuts.
  8. Pour the chicken broth sauce over the broccoli; sprinkle evenly with walnut mixture and bake at 400u0b0 for 20 minutes or until crusty on top.
  9. Yields 6 servings.
  10. Contains approximately 206 calories per serving.
