Hot Pork And Noodles
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 lb. boneless pork, cut bite size
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 pkg. medium egg noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- In skillet, heat oil.
- Cook pork, celery, pepper and onion until tender.
- In a large bowl, combine pork mixture, noodles, soups, corn and milk, salt and pepper; mix well.
- Place in 13 x 9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with crumbs and butter.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes.
- Serves 8 to 10.
