Macaroni And Cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Butter a 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
  3. Cook 2 1/2 cups macaroni by package directions. Drain.
  4. While macaroni cooks, make cream sauce.
  5. Melt butter, add flour and seasonings.
  6. Stir in milk gradually.
  7. Stir in half of the cheese cubes to melt in sauce.
  8. Put half of macaroni in prepared pan; add cubed cheese and rest of macaroni.
  9. Pour sauce over all macaroni and mix in.
  10. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
