Low-Fat Date Squares

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a small bowl (oats, flour, cereal, cinnamon, powder, soda).
  2. Mix all wet ingredients in a large bowl (applesauce, sugar, molasses, oil, egg, vanilla).
  3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
  4. Stir in chopped dates.
  5. Pour mixture into a 9 x 13 pan (coated with non-stick spray).
  6. Bake at 350u0b0F for 20 minutes.
