Sausage Bean Patch Casserole
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 1 lb hot Italian sausage
- 6 slices bacon
- 2 cups onions, chopped
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 (12 ounce) can pork and beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can green beans, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can yellow beans, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can lima beans, drained
- 2 tablespoons salad mustard (like French's mustard)
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato soup
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste
- Brown sausages, break into small pieces with a fork. Drain.
- Mix sausages with the rest of the ingredients.
- Place in 9 x 13 casserole.
- Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for 1 1/2 hours.
