Spicy Chicken Gumbo

  1. In a stock pot, saute onions, garlic and green pepper in oil. Blend in the flour.
  2. Cook and stir over low heat until vegetables are tender.
  3. Add tomatoes, okra, tomato paste, broth, Worcestershire sauce and all seasonings (except fresh parsley). Simmer for 1 hour.
  4. Add cooked chicken; simmer briefly.
