Soft Pumpkin Cookies

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Mix sugars and margarine in a large bowl. Stir in pumpkin, vanilla and egg.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients, except frosting and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
  4. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonful about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown.
  5. Cool.
  6. Mix frosting and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon; frost cookies.
  7. Makes 4 dozen.
