Low-Fat Seafood Gumbo

  1. Spread flour in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  2. Bake at 325u0b0 about 45 minutes, stirring once.
  3. Meanwhile in a large saucepan, stir water, onion, pepper, garlic and bouillon to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat; simmer until vegetables are tender.
  5. Cook rice according to directions, omitting butter and salt.
  6. Keep warm.
