Banana Rum Coconut Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. Beat first 4 ingredients with a mixer at medium speed until blended.
  3. Combine remaining dry ingredients , add to wet ingredients and stir with a whisk.
  4. Droup dough by 2 tablespoonfuls onto baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 350F for 19 minutes.
  6. Remove and cool on a wire rack.
