Easy Fruit Cake

  1. Butter a 9-inch tube pan.
  2. Line with waxed paper.
  3. Butter again.
  4. In a large size bowl, combine eggs, sweetened condensed milk, mincemeat, fruits and nuts; mix well.
  5. Add corn flake crumbs (only corn flake crumbs will do) and baking soda; blend well. Turn into prepared pan.
  6. Bake in a slow (300u0b0) oven 2 hours (or until a cake tester comes out clean).
  7. Cool in pan for 5 minutes. Turn out of pan; remove paper.
  8. Cool.
  9. If desired, decorate with glazed cherries.
  10. To store, wrap well in aluminum foil and refrigerate or freeze.
