Ground Beef Corn Casserole
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, seasoned well
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (12 oz.) can whole corn, drained
- 1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. pimento, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. each: salt and pepper
- 4 or 6 sticks celery, chopped
- 1 small (6 oz.) bag cooked noodles
- 1 c. crushed cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese or Velveeta (1 c.)
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- Brown meat; add onions.
- Cook until tender.
- Add next 8 ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Stir in noodles.
- Pour into casserole. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and cheese.
- Dot with butter.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350u0b0.
- Garnish with parsley
