Taco Salad

  1. Prepare cornbread and add green chilies to batter, bake according to package directions. Make ranch dressing with dressing mix, sour cream and mayonnaise; set aside. Layer lettuce, crumbled cornbread, beans, bell pepper, corn, bacon and green onion in a large bowl. Repeat layers. Top with cheese and tomatoes. Serve with ranch dressing.
