White Chocolate Fudge Cake

  1. In a large bowl, beat vanilla frosting on medium speed.
  2. Gradually add the 3oz melted white chocolate.
  3. Beat on high for 30 second or until smooth and well blended.
  4. Fold in the vanilla and cool whip.
  5. Refrigerate.
  6. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  7. Grease and flour a 9x13" pan.
  8. In a large bowl, combine all cake ingredients except the white chocolate on low until moistened.
  9. Then beat for two minutes at medium speed.
  10. Gradually add the melted white chocolate until well blended.
  11. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  12. Bake 25 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  13. Cool 10 minutes.
  14. In a saucepan over low heat, combine all fudge filling ingredients until melted and well blended.
  15. Stir constantly.
  16. Spread fudge filling over warm cake.
  17. Cool completely.
  18. Frost the cake and garnish with chocolate curls if desired.
  19. Store in the refrigerater.
  20. Let stand at room temp for 10 minutes before cutting.
