Heavenly Manna
- 2 1/4 cups bran buds
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 3 3/4 cups wheat bran
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon low sodium salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup whey protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
- 1 cup egg white
- 3 teaspoons egg whites
- 2 tablespoons lecithin granules
- 1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup nonfat milk
- Makes 24 soft scone bisquits.
- Use ice cream scooper.
- to pour out to the circle.
- size of a 2/3 cup scooper.
- Bake 12 minutes at.
- 375 Degrees.
