Simple Greek Shrimp

  1. In an electric skillet, melt the butter over low heat.
  2. Add the green pepper and onion; saute until crisp-tender (about five minutes).
  3. Add the tomatoes and clam broth, the wine and rice. Increase the heat to medium-high and boil for 25 to 30 minutes. Add the shrimp and clams; reduce the heat to medium.
  4. Simmer for three minutes.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish; sprinkle with the Feta cheese.
  6. Enjoy!
