Sweet And Sour Pork

  1. Drain
  2. pineapple, reserve juices;
  3. settside.toat
  4. a large skillet with cooking spray,
  5. medium heat until hot.
  6. Add pork, brown on all sides.
  7. Remove
  8. pork, drain on paper towel. Wipe skillet with paper towel, return pork to skillet, stir in reserved pineapple juice, broth, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and ginger. Bring to boil,
  9. cover,
  10. reduce
  11. heat, simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until
  12. pork is tender.
  13. Add pineapple, green pepper and onion, cover and simmer 4 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Combine
  14. cornstarch and sherry, stir until blended, pour over pork mixture.
  15. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.
  16. Serve over rice.
  17. Makes 8 servings.
