Rice Balls(Makes 3 Dozen)

  1. Add rice to salted
  2. water;
  3. bring
  4. to
  5. a
  6. boil.
  7. Simmer until rice is mushy.
  8. Remove
  9. from heat; add margarine.
  10. Cool. Fry meat in 1/4 cup
  11. oil until meat loses redness.
  12. Add onions and celery and cook
  13. slowly for 10 minutes.
  14. Add chili powder, tomato sauce and water.
  15. Simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
  16. Add
  17. parsley, cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
  18. Set aside to cool.
