Chicken Dressing
- 2 fryers
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 onion, cut up
- 1 large box saltine crackers
- stock juice
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 jar diced pimientos
- 4 boiled eggs, cut up
- Boil chicken; put a little salt in to season.
- When real tender, take off the bone.
- Take the large pan that you are going to cook your dressing in and crumble your crackers up, putting them into pan.
- Add the chicken, cream of chicken soup, celery soup, cream of mushroom soup, pimientos, onion and eggs.
- Pour stock juice over ingredients.
- Mix well; may add a little pepper. (Be careful not to over salt, as your crackers are already salted.)
- Bake at 350u0b0 until golden brown.
