Noisemaker Appetizers

  1. Place wonton wrapper on a work surface with one corner facing you:
  2. roll into a cone.
  3. Cut the open end with a sharp scissors until edge is even.
  4. Place a 1 inch foil ball in opening.
  5. Place seam side down on greased baking sheet.
  6. Repeat with remaining wonton wrappers.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. In a small bowl combine the butter, 1/2 tsp. dill and garlic salt.
  9. Brush over horns.
  10. Remove to a wire rack and cool completely.
  11. Remove foil balls.
  12. In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese until smooth.
  13. Add the sour cream, lemon juice and dill.
  14. Mix well. Fold in the crab.
  15. Transfer to a pastry or plastic bag (with the corner cut).
  16. Pipe in to cooled horns.
  17. Yield 2 dozen.
