Best Ever Vermicelli Salad

  1. Boil vermicelli in salted water with 1 T oil added.
  2. Don't overcook.
  3. Drain and blanch in cold water.
  4. Marinate vermicelli overnight in remaining oil, accent and lemon or lime juice.
  5. Next day, add all other ingredients and toss.
  6. Season to taste.
