Real Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake
- 3 c. unsifted flour
- 3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 1 3/4 c. granulated sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1 1/3 c. milk
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. (2 c.) semi sweet real chocolate morsels
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- In small bowl, combine baking powder and salt; set aside.
- In large bowl, combine butter and sugar.
- Beat in eggs, one at a time; beating well after each addition.
- Mix in vanilla and almond extracts.
- Gradually add in flour mixture alternately with milk.
- Stir in chocolate morsels.
- Pour into greased and floured 12-cup Bundt pan.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 70 to 75 minutes.
- Remove from oven; cool in pan for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Turn onto wire rack or serving plate to cool.
- Top with Chocolate Glaze.
