Cheesy Lasagna
- 1 box lasagna noodles
- 2 large jars spaghetti sauce (or equivalent)
- 2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 2 to 3 lb. Ricotta
- 1 lb. mild Cheddar
- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar
- 1 lb. Swiss cheese
- 2 eggs
- oregano
- cayenne pepper
- pepper
- Mrs. Dash
- basil
- paprika
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- Cook the noodles per directions, leaving slightly firm.
- Using a long baking dish, pour sauce along bottom in a thin layer. Layer the noodles so bottom is completely covered.
- Cut all cheeses into small pieces and sprinkle each type on noodles. Depending on preference, make this layer thick or thin.
- The Ricotta cheese should be mixed with the two eggs and all spices added to it.
- Spread this mixture on the noodles as well.
- Cover with sauce and sprinkle each spice over sauce.
- Repeat layers to the top.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350u0b0 for 45 to 60 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and noodles are tender.
