Jamaican Steak

  1. In a small bowl whisk together all ingredients except steak and lime wedges.
  2. Score steak across top or pierce top of steak with a fork.
  3. Place in a shallow glass baking dish and pour lime juice mixture over the steak; turn to coat both sides. Refrigerate 6 to 8 hours to "marry" the flavors, turning occasionally.
  4. Remove steak from marinade and grill 5 or 6 minutes on each side or to desired doneness.
  5. Slice thinly on the diagonal; serve with lime wedges.
  6. Makes 6 servings.
