Summer Ravioli

  1. Filling:cheeses,herbs,parsley,saE.
  2. put about 1-1/2t filling on one wrapper.
  3. brush edges with a little water.
  4. place another wrapper on top.
  5. trim edges.
  6. Boil for 4 minutes in broth.
  7. put a little broth in each bowl.
  8. float raviolis.
  9. top with tomatoes fresh herbs.
  10. drizzle with olive oil sprinkle with parmasan cheese.
