Grilled Catfish Fillets

  1. Place fillets in a large resealable plastic bag; add salad dressing.
  2. Seal bag; refrigerate for 1 hour, turning occasionally.
  3. Drain and discard marinade.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
  5. Grill fillets, covered, over medium-hot coals for 3 minutes on each side.
  6. Brush with sauce.
  7. Continue grilling for 6-8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, turning once and basting several times.
