Chinese Pepper Steak

  1. Cut steak into 1-inch strips and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in skillet; add garlic and ginger.
  2. Saute until garlic is golden.
  3. Add steak slices and brown.
  4. Remove meat from skillet. Add peppers and onions.
  5. Saute until tender.
  6. Place meat back in skillet; add other ingredients and heat.
  7. Serve over rice and/or noodles.
