Cranberry Surprise Salad

  1. Chop cranberries;
  2. addtugar and let stand 10 minutes. Mix gelatine with

  4. and
  5. salt;
  6. add
  7. to
  8. hot water until dissolved.tdd lemon juice, rind and mayo to gelatine mixture and blend with beater.tuick chill this mixture in refrigerator tray, 15 minutes or until firm, 1 inch from edge, but soft in center. Then
  9. beattntil
  10. fluffy.told in cranberry mixture, pineapple and
  11. nuts.tour
  12. into
  13. 1 quart mold and chill until firm.tnmold on lettuce.
  14. Top with mayo.
  15. Serves 6.
