Chicken Pasta Primavera

  1. Slice chicken into thin strips.
  2. Saute over medium-high heat with 1 tablespoon of oil; add green onions and garlic.
  3. Saute for 1 minute.
  4. Heat remaining oil in skillet; add zucchini and carrots and saute 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in broth, wine, parsley, oregano and pepper.
  6. Simmer 1/2 hour.
  7. Serve over pasta; sprinkle with cheese.
