Fast 'N Fun Pasta Pizza
- 3 c. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions
- 1/3 c. (about 1 1/2 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
- assorted toppings
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
- In medium skillet, brown ground beef; drain.
- Stir in spaghetti sauce; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
- In medium bowl, combine hot pasta, eggs, 1/2 can French fried onions and the Parmesan cheese.
- Spread pasta mixture over greased 12-inch pizza pan.
- Top with ground beef mixture and desired toppings.
- Bake, covered, at 375u0b0 for 25 minutes or until heated through.
- Top with Mozzarella cheese and remaining onions. Bake, uncovered, 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
- Cut into wedges to serve.
