Baked Baby Back Ribs
- 1 baby back rib rack, cut into 3-4 pieces
- Dry Rub
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Cooking Stock
- 1 (12 ounce) bottle beer
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon hot sauce
- Combine the dry rub ingredients. Rub into the ribs, cover & refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Combine cooking stock ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Place the ribs in a baking pan and pour the stock all over.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 3 hours. Remove cover and continue baking until most of the liquid has evaporated.
