Chicken And Broccoli

  1. Simmer chicken in water with onion, stalk of celery, salt and pepper for 1 hour; cool and slice into pieces.
  2. Mix soup, mayonnaise, curry powder, lemon juice, mustard and water chestnuts.
  3. Layer in casserole dish:
  4. broccoli, chicken, soup mixture and cheese.
  5. Repeat layers.
  6. Top with bread crumbs and melted butter.
  7. You can also use Pepperidge Farm stuffing.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes.
  9. Serves 8 to 10.
