Somen Salad

  1. Scramble the eggs.
  2. Slice in strips.
  3. Lay somen inn a 9x13 pan.
  4. Garnish with lettuce, ham, eggs, kamaboko and green onions.
  5. Put dressing ingredients in a bottle.
  6. Shake well and pour over salad.
