Escalloped Potatoes(This Recipe Is Good With Any Meat, But I Usually Serve It With

  1. In saucepan, boil potatoes until tender.
  2. Cool, peel and dice. Place in a large mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients except eggs.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Dice 4 eggs and stir in mixture.
  5. Slice remaining eggs and use to garnish top of dish.
  6. Sprinkle dash of paprika on top.
  7. Serves 10.
