Escalloped Potatoes(This Recipe Is Good With Any Meat, But I Usually Serve It With
- 6 medium potatoes, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 c. grated cheese
- 8 potatoes
- 1 c. celery, diced
- 1/2 c. onions, diced
- 1/4 c. pimentos
- 4 c. prepared mustard
- 1 c. or more salad dressing
- 6 hard-cooked eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- dash of paprika
- In saucepan, boil potatoes until tender.
- Cool, peel and dice. Place in a large mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients except eggs.
- Mix well.
- Dice 4 eggs and stir in mixture.
- Slice remaining eggs and use to garnish top of dish.
- Sprinkle dash of paprika on top.
- Serves 10.
