Shrimp Mold

  1. Mix Knox gelatine with cold water.
  2. Bring tomato soup, undiluted, to boiling.
  3. Stir in gelatine until dissolved.
  4. Cook 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. In bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Tabasco and garlic salt.
  6. Add tomato mixture to this, blending well.
  7. Mix in chopped onion, celery and shrimp.
  8. Spoon into a 6-cup mold and chill.
  9. Serve surrounded by crackers.
  10. Serves 35 to 40.
  11. This will freeze.
