Mandarin Orange Salad

  1. Combine orange juice, pineapple juice, sugar, egg and flour (mix flour with sugar before adding to liquid); cook over low heat until thick.
  2. Add marshmallows; stir until melted.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add to marshmallow mixture with fruits.
  5. Chill; fold in whipping cream.
  6. Chill until set.
  7. Yield:
  8. 12 servings.
