Seafood Pasta, Bubba'S Spicy Creamy Pasta

  1. Heat oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add the vodka and reduce the vodka by 1/2. Add the tomatoes,cream,pepper flakes, salt and pepper to taste. Cook stirring occasionally for 2-3 minutes or until thick, it will turn reddish orange.
  2. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water according to the package instructions.Do not over cook! Drain and transfer to a large bowl,pour the sauce over the pasta,toss to combine. Serve immediately.
