Hamburger Roll-Ups
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 3/4 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Brown crumbled ground beef, onions, pepper and seasonings over medium-high heat until done, about 10 minutes.
- Add tomato sauce and mix thoroughly (you may add 1/2 cup shredded cheese at this time, if desired).
- Separate uncooked crescent rolls and spoon hamburger mixture onto dough (heaping tablespoonful) and roll as package directs.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 8 to 10 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Serve with tossed salad or fresh fruit.
