Hamburger Roll-Ups

  1. Brown crumbled ground beef, onions, pepper and seasonings over medium-high heat until done, about 10 minutes.
  2. Add tomato sauce and mix thoroughly (you may add 1/2 cup shredded cheese at this time, if desired).
  3. Separate uncooked crescent rolls and spoon hamburger mixture onto dough (heaping tablespoonful) and roll as package directs.
  4. Bake at 375u0b0 for 8 to 10 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Serve with tossed salad or fresh fruit.
