Clam Chowder(Soup)

  1. Saute onion, celery and green pepper in oleo or butter.
  2. Add potatoes, boiling water and salt; cover and cook until potatoes are tender.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. (I add some diced carrots for color.)
  5. Heat to boiling point serve.
