Ambrosia Mold
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained
- 1 3/4 c. thawed Cool Whip whipped topping
- 1 pkg. (8 serving size) or 2 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O brand orange flavored gelatin
- 1 1/2 c. Kraft miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut (optional)
- 2 c. chopped lettuce
- 1 bunch cut up broccoli
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3/4 lb. cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 c. black raisins
- 1 c. salad sunflower seeds
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 tsp. vinegar
- Pour mixture over layers.
- Put in refrigerator overnight. Toss when ready to serve.
