Pear And Walnut Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Butter and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  3. Sift first 5 ingredients into medium bowl.
  4. Using electric mixer, beat brown sugar, oil, eggs, sugar, water and vanilla in large bowl until very smooth.
  5. Blend in dry ingredients.
  6. Stir in pears and walnuts.
  7. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake about 55 mins.
