Broken Glass Torte
- 1 pkg. each: orange, cherry and lime gelatin (3 oz. size)
- 3 c. boiling water
- 2 c. cold water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 2 envelopes Dream Whip or 2 c. whipping cream
- 1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- Prepare the orange, cherry and lime gelatins separately, using 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cold water for each.
- Chill overnight or until firm.
- Mix pineapple juice and sugar; heat until sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat.
- Dissolve the lemon gelatin in this hot juice.
- Add the remaining 1/2 cup cold water to this mixture; chill until slightly thick.
- Mix crumbs and butter; press into bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
- Increase crumbs and butter mix if you want to cover the sides and top with crumbs.
