Vegetarian Sausage Rolls Without Cheese!
- 1 cup carrot, diced
- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 1 cup zucchini, cubed
- 1 large potato, cooked and chopped
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup rolled barley or 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 3 large eggs
- Put garlic cloves into food processer. Run till finely chopped.
- Add carrot and pulse.
- Add remaining ingredients and pulse till blended and fine.
- Use puff pastry or your favorite pie dough. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. (I think 40 minutes is too long) Keep an eye on it until golden brown.
