Easy Spaghetti Pie

  1. In a bowl, combine butter and spaghetti.
  2. Add Parmesan cheese and eggs.
  3. Press mixture into a crust in a 10-inch pie plate; spread with cottage cheese.
  4. In a skillet, brown ground veal, onion and green pepper.
  5. Remove veal; wipe skillet and return veal to pan.
  6. Cook until veal is done and vegetables are tender.
  7. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano and basil; heat through.
  8. Pour into pie.
  9. Bake uncovered at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes.
  10. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over top.
  11. Bake 5 minutes more.
