Diet Lasagna

  1. Saute beef and onions.
  2. Drain off fat.
  3. Add puree, basil, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper and mushrooms.
  4. Thaw spinach and squeeze out water.
  5. Combine spinach and cottage cheese.
  6. In a 9-inch square or 7 x 11-inch dish, arrange in layers:
  7. spinach mixture, meat mixture and cheese.
  8. Repeat, ending with cheese. Bake at 375u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  9. Serves 6.
