  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; toss well. Combine yogurt and next 6 ingredients in a bowl; stir well.
  2. Add to pasta mixture, tossing to coat.
  3. Cover and chill.
  4. Garnish with fresh dill weed, if desired.
