Braised Shitake Mushrooms With Prawns

  1. Heat oil in pan, add ginger, anise and mushrooms. Stir fry 1 minute.
  2. Add stock, soy sauce, sugar, rice wine, salt and pepper. Simmer 20 minute.
  3. Add beancurd and prawns. Cook 5 minute.
  4. Thicken sauce with cornflour and add sesame oil.
