Crescents

  1. In a large glass or Pyrex bowl, mix flour, yeast, salt and sugar.
  2. Add hot water.
  3. Add beaten eggs and oil.
  4. Beat 3 minutes. Add additional flour, starting with 2 cups.
  5. Stir.
  6. Add flour until dough is no longer sticky.
  7. Knead 5 minutes.
