Shrimp Feta

  1. In a large skillet with cover, saute onion and garlic in butter and oil until golden.
  2. Stir in tomatoes, dill, basil, mustard, sugar, parsley, salt and pepper.
  3. Simmer 5 to 8 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp and wine.
  5. Continue simmering, stirring about 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp cooks through (don't overcook).
  6. Turn off heat; sprinkle crumbled Feta in skillet.
  7. Cover and let sit two minutes. Serve over rice with crusty bread and green salad.
