Breakfast Calzone'S

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt margarine.
  2. Add rest of ingredients, except cheese.
  3. Scramble for 5 to 7 minutes or until desired firmness.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Roll biscuits into 8 5-inch circles.
  6. divide egg mixture over 4 circles leaving a 3/4-inch edge.
  7. Sprinkle cheese over eggs.
  8. Cover with remaining biscuits.
  9. Seal edges with fork.
  10. Lightly spray a medium-size baking sheet.
  11. Place calzones on sheet.
  12. Bake at 350u0b0F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  13. Serve with a side of your favorite breakfast potatoes.
