Shrimp And Scallops In Sauce(Low-Fat)

  1. Mix flour and milk together.
  2. Let stand 30 minutes.
  3. Saute scallops in 1 teaspoon butter 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Saute shrimp in 1 teaspoon butter 3 to 5 minutes.
  6. Set aside.
  7. Pour milk mixture into hot pan and cook until the mixture thickens.
  8. Add sherry and seasonings and turn down the heat.
  9. Add seafood and simmer 5 minutes.
  10. Spray individual casseroles with cooking spray. Add seafood mixture.
  11. Sprinkle top with paprika and bake 20 minutes.
  12. Serve with crusty bread and salad.
  13. Serves 4.
