Shrimp And Scallops In Sauce(Low-Fat)
- 1/2 lb. baby scallops
- 1/2 lb. medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1 1/2 c. low-fat milk
- 3 rounded Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. sherry
- 1/4 tsp. Old Bay seafood seasoning
- 2 tsp. margarine or butter
- Mix flour and milk together.
- Let stand 30 minutes.
- Saute scallops in 1 teaspoon butter 3 to 5 minutes.
- Set aside.
- Saute shrimp in 1 teaspoon butter 3 to 5 minutes.
- Set aside.
- Pour milk mixture into hot pan and cook until the mixture thickens.
- Add sherry and seasonings and turn down the heat.
- Add seafood and simmer 5 minutes.
- Spray individual casseroles with cooking spray. Add seafood mixture.
- Sprinkle top with paprika and bake 20 minutes.
- Serve with crusty bread and salad.
- Serves 4.
